MoEUCC POM definition
MoEUCC POM means the Project Operations Manual for Parts 3 and 4.C of the Project, as described in Schedule 2, Section I.B, to this Agreement, as the said manual may be amended from time to time, with the prior written approval of the Bank, and such term includes any schedules to the MoEUCC POM.
Examples of MoEUCC POM in a sentence
In carrying out Parts 1, 2, and 3 of the Project, the Borrower, through ILBANK, MoH, and MoEUCC, shall ensure that, unless otherwise agreed to by the Bank in writing and thereafter incorporated into the ILBANK POM, MoH POM, and MoEUCC POM, respectively, all selected investments are appraised, selected and prioritized in accordance with the eligibility requirements and standards and procedures acceptable to the Bank, as set forth in this Agreement, and as may be further detailed in the respective POMs.
Without prejudice to the generalities of paragraph C.1 above, the eligibility criteria for investments under Part 3 of the Project shall be the following, which may be further detailed in the MoEUCC POM.
