Upon the Lessee becoming aware of any material Mold or Mold Conditions in or about the Leased Property (or any portion thereof) or any Capital Additions, Lessee shall also reasonably promptly notify Lessor of such event and, at its sole cost and expense, hire a trained and experienced Mold remediation contractor(s) to clean-up and remove from the Leased Property and any Capital Additions all Mold or Mold Conditions in strict compliance with all Mold Remediation Requirements.

In accordance with the Mold Remediation Requirements or in accordance with any remediation plan recommended by a Mold Inspector, if so required, Lessee shall promptly, at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, hire a trained and experienced Mold remediation contractor(s) to completely clean-up and remove from the Premises and the Improvements all Mold or Mold Conditions.
A/E shall perform architectural or engineering services under the A/E Agreement for the following project: Provide Asbestos and Mold remediation Engineering Services for Buildings 559, 701, 740, 770, 771, 772, 773, 774, 775, and 776.
