Monitoring Agent definition

Monitoring Agent means an independent firm to be engaged by the Bank in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6(a) of this Annex.
Monitoring Agent means Software which is installed on the IT Equipment by the Company which enables system monitoring and performance reporting.
