Monitoring Expenses definition

Monitoring Expenses means all MCWRA’s actual direct costs necessary for or associated with monitoring, testing and measuring related to the Brackish Source Water ▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to Sections 8.2(b) and 10.3 of the Agreement, including, without limitation, all costs associated with services of any and all consultants and contract service providers retained to assist in all such monitoring, testing and measuring.
Monitoring Expenses has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 10.2(v).
Monitoring Expenses means the reasonable and necessary fees and expenses charged by a service provider designated or approved in advance in writing by us to provide monitoring services, pursuant to an applicable Privacy Law, to a Protected Person whose Protected Information was in an Insured’s possession.

Examples of Monitoring Expenses in a sentence

  • Credit Monitoring Expenses, the administration of which will be overseen by Class Counsel, will be paid for from the Settlement Fund.

  • Furthermore, the rate and/or amount payable by the Company to such non-Preferred Vendor for any Notification Expenses and/or Breach Support and Credit Monitoring Expenses will not exceed the rate and/or amount charged by a Preferred Vendor for the same services.

  • In no event shall any Settlement Class Member be entitled to more than $120.00 for Credit Monitoring Expenses.

  • Such Sub- limit shall be the maximum aggregate amount that the Insurer shall pay under this Liability Coverage Part for all Data Privacy Regulatory Expenses and Notification and Credit Monitoring Expenses from all Data Privacy Events.

  • To receive reimbursement for Credit Monitoring Expenses, Settlement Class Members must submit a valid Claim Form that includes Reasonable Documentation evidencing the purchase of identity protection or credit monitoring services.
