Monitoring Fees definition

Monitoring Fees means the amounts identified as such on Schedule “D”;
Monitoring Fees has the meaning set forth in the Company’s Governing Agreements.
Monitoring Fees means the revenues from monitoring services provided by or on behalf of Licensee or its Affiliates or agents relating to the Licensed Products.
