Processing Fees definition

Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

Processing Fees or “Administrative Fees” means the fees charged, by Home Credit, to the Customer for providing the financing facility. Such fee/s shall be part of the Total Cash Payment as herein defined;

Processing Fees means the standard fee imposed by the City upon the submission of an application for a permit or approval, which is not an Impact Fee or Exaction, in accordance with the City practice on a City-Wide basis.

Examples of Processing Fees in a sentence

• Xxxxxxxx agrees that Bank may charge or debit the Settlement Account for the amount of any Transaction processed under the Merchant Agreement, or any agreement Bank may have with any Merchant Affiliate, that results in a Chargeback, or for any Credit Transaction Receipt or other reimbursement or Processing Fees or other Merchant obligation to which Bank may be entitled under the Merchant Agreement.

• Upon termination of the Merchant Agreement by Merchant or Bank, Bank may retain sufficient funds to satisfy any and all Processing Fees, Chargebacks, Credit Transaction Receipts, Damages, and any and all additional fees, and sums sufficient to reimburse Bank for the amount of any fines, penalty amounts and charges due the Card Associations or other obligations or liabilities arising under the terms of the Merchant Agreement.

• Merchant will pay Processing Fees in the amount specified in the Fee Schedule attached to the Merchant Application or as otherwise provided for in this Merchant Agreement or an Addendum thereto.

• Bank will not be required to provide Merchant with fifteen days’ notice for any increase in Processing Fees resulting from any fine, charge, fee or cost incurred in connection with any state, federal or other regulatory action, change in laws or regulations or escheatment of Merchant’s funds.

• In case of Bid cum Application Forms procured directly by the SCSBs from the Retail Individual Bidders and Non-Institutional Investors other than the commission payable as per Clause 7.1 read with Annexure A, no ASBA Processing Fees shall be payable to them.

More Definitions of Processing Fees

Processing Fees means the fees payable by Merchant to Bank and Clearent for the Services Bank and Clearent provides to Merchant in connection with the Merchant Agreement, as the same may be revised from time to time.

Processing Fees means the normal and customary application, filing, plan check, permit fees for Cannabis activity approvals, design review, building permits, demolition permits, grading permits, and other similar permits and entitlements, and inspection fees, which fees are charged to reimburse the City’s expenses attributable to such applications, processing, permitting, review and inspection and which are in force and effect on a general basis at such time as said approvals, permits, review, inspection or entitlements are granted or conducted by the City.

Processing Fees means all fees for processing development project applications, including any required supplemental or other further environmental review, plan checking and inspection and monitoring for land use approvals, design review, grading and building permits, General Plan maintenance fees, and other permits and entitlements required to implement the Project, which are in effect at the time those permits, approvals or entitlements are applied for, and which are intended to cover the actual costs of processing the foregoing.

Processing Fees means any of the fees set forth, defined and imposed in RIGL §44- 33.6-4(d).
