Monitoring Parameters definition

Monitoring Parameters means the short list of constituents and parameters used for the majority of monitoring activity at a given WMU. Monitoring for the short list of Monitoring Parameters constitutes “indirect monitoring,” in that the results are used to indicate indirectly the success or failure of adequate containment for the longer list of Constituents of Concern.
