Monitoring Product definition

Monitoring Product means a product that provides one (1) year of credit file monitoring, plus mailing and other reasonable third party administrative costs associated with offering such product to individuals whose Personally Identifiable Information was compromised or reasonably believed to be compromised as a result of a theft, loss or Unauthorized Disclosure in an incident that gives rise to notification of such individual pursuant to Insuring Agreement C.3.
Monitoring Product meaning any product, process or services comprising software for monitoring use of a Licensed Product including monitoring a consumer’s compliance with treatment involving a Drug.
Monitoring Product means a credit monitoring product that provides daily credit monitoring from the following credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. Notified Individuals who subscribe to the Credit Monitoring Product shall also receive: 1. access to their credit report from one of the three credit bureaus at the time of enrollment; 2. ID theft insurance for certain expenses resulting from identity theft; 3. notification of a critical change to their credit that may indicate fraud (such as an address change, new credit inquiry, new account opening, posting of negative credit information such as late payments, public record posting, as well as other factors); and 4. fraud resolution services if they become victims of identity theft as a result of the incident for which notification is provided pursuant to Coverage Agreement I.B.2. If the Credit Monitoring Product becomes commercially unavailable, it shall be substituted with a similar commercial product that provides individual credit monitoring for potential identity theft. The Credit Monitoring Product will only be available for incidents (or reasonably suspected incidents) involving one hundred (100) or more Notified Individuals.
