Few, President, its duly authorized Officer and President, has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents does name, constitute and appoint the Agent to be its lawful Agent and attorney-in-fact with respect to all matters in connection with the enforcement of the Agent's right to receive the Monitoring Revenue Stream from an Obligor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract including, instituting any legal or equitable proceedings against an Obligor.
