Month M-1 definition

Month M-1 means the calendar month immediately preceding Month M, “Month M” means the delivery month, “Month M+1” means the calendar month immediately following Month M, and “Month M+2” means the calendar month following Month M+1;
Month M-1 means the month preceding Month M;
Month M-1 means the calendar month preceding Month M. “Month M-2” means the calendar month 2 months prior to Month M.

  • Such Inventory Assessment shall be the “Closing Inventory” for Month M and the “Opening Inventory” for Month M+1.

  • If the Shipper has not scheduled any Unloadings for Month M+1, the ETAM+1 value shall be equal to the number of days in Month M+1.

  • If no Unloading has been scheduled by the Shipper for Month M+1, then the value of ETAM+1 is equal to the number of Days in Month M+1.

  • Where appropriate, at the time of the invoice is established in accordance with Sub-clause 10.1 above, GRTgaz shall issue a statement addressed to the Shipper, including the amounts due by GRTgaz under the terms of the Clause entitled “Shipper balancing” in Section D1 and the Clause entitled “Purchase and sale prices” in Section D2, as applicable to the Shipper for Month M-1.

  • The Shipper shall have until the nineteenth (19th) calendar day of Month M-1 to assign to another shipper all or part of its Dedicated Storage Space for Month M and the following Months.

  • The Inventory Extension Option is reserved for Shippers who have subscribed to capacity in the context of LNG truck or small-scale LNG carrier loading services for the Month M+1.
