Month of application definition
Month of application means the calendar month a person files the application for medical care. When the appli- cation is for the medically needy program, at the person's request and if the application is filed in the last ten days of that month, the month of application may be the following month.
Month of application means the calendar month during which a signed and dated PSP application is postmarked if mailed or, if hand-delivered, the date of actual delivery.
