Monthly Anniversary Date definition

Monthly Anniversary Date means the day in each succeeding month corresponding to the Policy Effective Date, or if such date does not exist, then the last day of that month;

Monthly Anniversary Date in relation to a Mortgage Loan means the date on which interest is debited to the Borrower's Mortgage Loan account by the Servicer pursuant to the relevant Loan Agreement.

Monthly Anniversary Date means one month from the Date of Commencement and every date falling one month thereafter, till the Date of Maturity.

• If the Monthly Anniversary Date is not a business day as defined by us, the Policy Expense Charge will be due on the next business day following the Monthly Anniversary Date.
