Monthly Assessment definition

Monthly Assessment means the Unit Owner's share of the anticipated Common Expenses and Limited Common Expenses, allocated by Unit, for each month of the Association's fiscal year as reflected in the budget adopted by the Executive Board for such year.
Monthly Assessment means a Unit’s individual share of the anticipated Common Expenses for each month of the Association’s fiscal year as reflected in the Budget adopted by the Executive Board for such year.

More Definitions of Monthly Assessment

Monthly Assessment means and refer to the Base Assessments levied on all Units subject to assessment under this Declaration, as more particularly set forth in Paragraph 4.2 hereof, including to fund Common Expenses.
