Monthly Billing Cycle definition

Monthly Billing Cycle has the meaning given in the Mobile Service Terms. Monthly Payment Date has the meaning given in the Mobile Service Terms. Monthly Processing Period has the meaning given in the Mobile Service Terms. Network has the meaning given in the Mobile Service Terms.
Monthly Billing Cycle means each period of 1 month commencing on (and including) a Monthly Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Monthly Payment Date, provided that the first Monthly Billing Cycle commences on (and including) the Activation Date, and ends on the day before the second Monthly Payment Date. Monthly Cut-Off Time means, in respect of a Monthly Billing Cycle, 6.00 pm on the last day of that Monthly Billing Cycle. Monthly Data Allowance has the meaning given in clause 9.2.1. Monthly Included Data means, in respect of a Mobile Service Plan and a Monthly Billing Cycle, the amount of Mobile Data available for that Monthly Billing Cycle pursuant to the Critical Information Summary for that Mobile Service Plan.
Monthly Billing Cycle means where invoicing on a monthly basis has been selected in the Order Form.

Examples of Monthly Billing Cycle in a sentence

  • Once We are notified that the port-away has completed, We will turn off Your VOIP service and terminate billing at the end of the then-current Monthly Billing Cycle.

  • Subject to the termination provisions of this Service Agreement, upon receipt of Your request to cancel VOIP service, if You do not simultaneously notify Us that You are porting (moving) Your phone number to a new phone provider, We will turn off Your VOIP service and terminate billing at the end of Your next full Monthly Billing Cycle.

  • If Your VOIP service is terminated on account of Your breach of any provision of this Service Agreement, You will be responsible for the full charges to the end of Your next full Monthly Billing Cycle, including, without limitation, unbilled charges, plus the Early Termination Fee, if applicable, all of which will immediately become due and payable.

  • For each Monthly Billing Cycle with respect to which You do not pay on time (including without limitation if Your Monthly Fees are not received by Provider on or before the first day of the Monthly Billing Cycle), You agree to pay the “Billing Administrative Fee” as established by Provider from time to time.

  • If We discontinue the VOIP service generally, or terminate Your VOIP service without a stated reason, You will only be responsible for charges accrued through the date of termination, including a pro-rated portion of the charges for the final Monthly Billing Cycle.

  • Example If Your Activation Date is 28 February: • Your Monthly Payment Date is the 1st of each calendar month; • Your first Monthly Billing Cycle runs from 28 February to 31 March (inclusive); • Your second Monthly Billing Cycle runs from 1 April to 30 April (inclusive); and • each Monthly Billing Cycle thereafter runs for the full calendar month.

  • Monthly Billing Cycle Each Monthly Billing Cycle will: • start on (and include) the first day of the calendar month; and • end on (and include) the last day of that calendar month.

  • Example If Your Activation Date is 7th July: • Your Monthly Payment Date is the 8th of each calendar month; • Your first Monthly Billing Cycle runs from 7 July to 7 August (inclusive); • Your second Monthly Billing Cycle runs from 8 August to 7 September (inclusive); and • each Monthly Billing Cycle thereafter runs from the 8th of one calendar month to the 7th of the next calendar month (inclusive).

  • Monthly Billing Cycle Each Monthly Billing Cycle: • starts on (and includes) a Monthly Payment Date; and • ends on (and includes) the day before the next Monthly Payment Date, provided that Your first Monthly Billing Cycle starts on (and includes) the Activation Date and runs until the day before the second Monthly Payment Date.

  • However, please note that Your first Monthly Billing Cycle will start on the Activation Date and run till the end of the next calendarmonth.


More Definitions of Monthly Billing Cycle

Monthly Billing Cycle for a given monthly payment means the
Monthly Billing Cycle. Except as set forth on the COS, Customer’s Monthly Billing Cycle begins on the day the customer signs the COS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Wisper may modify Customer’s Monthly Billing Cycle upon at least 15 calendar days’ advance notice to Customer.
Monthly Billing Cycle means where invoicing on a monthly basis has been selected in the Order Form. Operating Environment has the meaning given to that term set out in clause 12. Order Form has the meaning given to that term set out in clause 1(a)(i), as amended by any and all Supplementary Order Forms. All references to Order Form include Supplementary Order Forms unless stated otherwise. Personal Data has the same meaning as given to that term in the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the GDPR. Personnel means, in respect of a person, any officer, employee, contractor, servant, agent, or other person under the Customer's direct or indirect control and includes any subcontractors, who may also be end users of the Products, Goods and Services. Privacy Laws means the DPA and all other laws, rules and regulations in Europe which relate to the privacy, protection, use or disclosure of Personal Data and any guidelines, orders, directives or codes of conduct issued by any Government Agency under or in respect of such laws, rules or regulations, as amended from time to time. Products, Goods and Services means the products, goods and services specified in the Order Form and described on the Capella Website (as updated from time to time), including any Software, Support Services, any associated Capella Documentation or Updates (as applicable), and any additional material or services the parties have agreed that Capella will supply to the Customer in accordance with the Schedules of this Agreement.
Monthly Billing Cycle. If your Balance is less than $50: your Required Payment is equal to your Balance. If your Balance is $50 or more: your Required Payment is equal to: • Any Past Due Amount plus • Carried Balance Fees (that are not past due) plus • The greater of: o $50 OR o 5% of: ▪ The Balance, if you took a Cash Advance during the Billing Cycle, OR if you did not take a Cash Advance during the Billing Cycle, the Balance as of the end of the last Billing Cycle in which you did take a Cash Advance ▪ minus Past Due Amounts and Carried Balance Fees.
