Monthly Collateral Agent Fee definition
Monthly Collateral Agent Fee means, in respect of any Due Period (or portion thereof), the amount due to the Collateral Agent for fees related to the Collateral for the Series 2003-1 Notes.
Monthly Collateral Agent Fee means, with respect to any Payment Date, the amount due to the Collateral Agent for fees related to the Collateral for the Series 2008- 2 Notes calculated in accordance with Schedule 3 attached hereto.
