Monthly Custodian Fee definition
Monthly Custodian Fee means, with respect to each Payment Date, the amount due to the Custodian under the Custodial Agreement for fees related to the Pledged Loans and related Pledged Assets, such amounts to be calculated in accordance with Schedule 3 attached hereto.
Monthly Custodian Fee means, in respect of any Due Period (or portion thereof), the amount due to the Custodian under the Custodial Agreement for fees related to the Pledged Loans and related Pledged Assets.
