Modified Average Clearance, Monthly Estimate The State shall request funds such that they are deposited in a State account on the dollar weighted average day of clearance of the monthly disbursement.
If Producer fails to timely provide a written estimate for a month as required by this Section 2.2, then the Monthly Estimate for such month will be deemed to be the average amount of monthly production of Ethanol over the two months immediately preceding the month in question.
Each Weekly Estimate will (a) include a statement of the amount of Ethanol in storage as of such date, and (b) be consistent with the applicable Monthly Estimate.
