Monthly Excess Cashflow Amount definition

Monthly Excess Cashflow Amount. The sum of the Monthly Excess Interest Amount, the Overcollateralization Release Amount and (without duplication) any portion of the Principal Distribution Amount remaining after principal distributions on the Offered Certificates.
Monthly Excess Cashflow Amount. With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of the Monthly Excess Interest Amount for such Distribution Date, the Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (without duplication) any portion of the Principal Distribution Amount remaining after all distributions have been made pursuant to Section 4.02(a) hereof on such Distribution Date.

Monthly Excess Cashflow Amount. For any Payment Date, the sum of (x) the Monthly Excess Interest Amount and (y) the Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Payment Date.
