Monthly Excess Spread Amount. On any Payment Date, the amount equal to the product of 100% and the amount of the Excess Spread as of such Payment Date; provided, however, that the percentage set forth above may be reduced at any time, solely at the discretion of the Certificate Insurer, with the consent of each Account Party, at which time written notice shall be sent to the Representative, the Trustee, S&P and Moody's.
