Monthly Expenditure Report means a monthly accounting report that will provide an itemized accounting of the Expenditures of the month and a projected funding amount due from each of Black Sea and Anadolun to satisfy its obligations to fund Expenditures under this Section 6.8 for the next 60 day period. Each of Black Sea and Anadolun agree to fund its share of the estimated Expenditures under this Section 6.8 within ten (10) calendar days following delivery of each Monthly Expenditure Report.

  • The SUB-RECIPIENT shall report monthly expenditures on the Monthly Expenditure Report (MER) submitted to the DEPARTMENT.

  • The Managing Entity shall submit a final Managing Entity Monthly Expenditure Report annually no later than August 15.

  • Authorized and allowable program expenditures shall be reimbursed upon receipt and approval of the Monthly Progress Report, Monthly Expenditure Report and Request for Reimbursement form (A19-1A) according to Section E of this contract.

  • In addition to the General Provisions of the contract the SUBRECIPIENT shall include one column for each of the following categories in the Monthly Expenditure Report also known as MER.

Monthly Expenditure Report means a monthly accounting report that will provide an itemized accounting of the Expenditures of the month and a projected funding amount due from each of Sage and Gryphon to satisfy its obligations to fund Expenditures for the next 60 day period. Each of Sage and Gryphon agree to fund its 50% share of the estimated Expenditures within ten (10) calendar days following delivery of each Monthly Expenditure Report. The Operator will immediately notify the Project Team of any material departure from an adopted Program and its related Expenditure Budget.
