Monthly Form 8-K. As defined in Section 3.22(a).
Monthly Form 8-K has the meaning set forth in Section 7.5 of the Indenture.
Examples of Monthly Form 8-K in a sentence
Notwithstanding the previous sentence, the Depositor shall file the Monthly Form 8-K in connection with the filing of this Agreement.
Each Monthly Form 8-K shall be filed by the Servicer within 15 days after the end of each month (or if such 15th day is not a business day, the next business day), and shall include a copy of the report prepared for the related month pursuant to Section 4.15(c) of the Indenture.
