Monthly Gross Base Salary definition
Monthly Gross Base Salary means the monthly base salary at the time of Closing, without any other special benefits such as Vacation Bonus, Christmas Bonus, Profit Sharing, Overtime Payments, or other benefits such as meal allowances and exclusive of Regular Shift Bonuses.
