Monthly Payment Differential definition
Monthly Payment Differential means the monthly interest (without amortization), which would be earned if the prepayment were invested at the Contract Rate less the monthly interest that would be earned by reinvesting the prepayment at the Reinvestment Yield.
Monthly Payment Differential is defined in Section 2.5.
Monthly Payment Differential means, in connection with a prepayment of outstanding principal on the Fixed Loans, the difference between (a) the amount of monthly interest (without amortization) which would be earned on the amount of such prepayment if it were to be invested at the Fixed Interest Rate minus (b) the amount of monthly interest (without amortization) which would be earned on the amount of such prepayment if it were to be invested at the Fixed Loan Reinvestment Yield, but in no event less than zero.
