Monthly Reporting Date definition

Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

Monthly Reporting Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.07(a).

Monthly Reporting Date means the second Business Day prior to each Settlement Date.

Examples of Monthly Reporting Date in a sentence

• In any case where the date of any Monthly Remittance Date or any Monthly Reporting Date shall not be a Business Day, then payment or mailing need not be made on such date, but must be made on the preceding Business Day.

• The Servicer shall provide (or cause to be provided) the Data File to the Collateral Agent at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Monthly Reporting Date and, with respect to a Payment Date Report, at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Payment Date.

• The Collateral Manager shall provide such statement to the Collateral Administrator to be included in the Monthly Report at least five (5) days prior to such Monthly Reporting Date.

More Definitions of Monthly Reporting Date

Monthly Reporting Date means the third Business Day prior to each Interest Payment Date.

Monthly Reporting Date means the 15th calendar day of each month (or portion thereof) from and after the Closing Date, commencing May 15, 2017 (or, if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
