Reporting Date definition

Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;

Reporting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(o).

Reporting Date means March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year.

More Definitions of Reporting Date

Reporting Date. The date that is two Business Days prior to each Payment Date.

Reporting Date means the 15th day of each month, or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.
