The rate for the Primary Route MDQ as listed in the attached Primary Route Exhibit and secondary receipts/deliveries as listed below shall be a Monthly Reservation Rate of $2.8140 per dth and the applicable Commodity Rate (equivalent on a daily basis to a 100% Load Factor Rate of $0.1000 per dth).

Except as expressly provided, the Base Daily Reservation Rates shall apply when Extended Delivery Service is provided and shall be additive to the Monthly Reservation Rate referenced herein.
The rate for the Primary Route MDQ as listed in the attached Primary Route Exhibit and secondary receipts/deliveries as listed below shall be a Monthly Reservation Rate of $3.6500 per dth and the applicable Commodity Rate (equivalent on a daily basis to a 100% Load Factor Rate of $0.1275 per dth).
