Monthly Royalty Fee means the fee we require from you in Subparagraph 7.a., which is set forth in the Rider.

Monthly Royalty Fee has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 1 of Schedule A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Monthly Royalty Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.1;
