Monthly Royalty Fee definition

Monthly Royalty Fee means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2 which is set forth in the Addendum.
Monthly Royalty Fee means the fee we require from you in Subparagraph 7.a., which is set forth in the Rider.

  • Other than the Monthly Royalty Fee, Liquidated Damages and Termination Fees, all fees are subject to change.

Related to Monthly Royalty Fee

  • Royalty Fee “Royalty Fee” means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.

  • Royalty Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1.

  • Royalty Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Net Sales Revenue shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule "A"

  • Minimum Royalty has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(c).

  • Royalty Rate means the percentage defined in Exhibit B.

  • Sales Revenue means receipts from the sale, lease, or rental of goods, services, or property;

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.   • License Fees means all non-refundable fees payable by Licensee to OT with respect to the granting of Software Licenses; “License Model” means the description of the conditions, limitations and restrictions associated with the Software License which govern the use of the Software, as set out in the applicable License Model Schedule;

  • Royalty Year means, (i) for the year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs (the “First Royalty Year”), the period commencing with the first day of the Calendar Quarter in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and expiring on the last day of the Calendar Year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and (ii) for each subsequent year, each successive Calendar Year.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 below.

  • Work-out Fee means a fee payable with respect to any Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan (other than any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note, equal to the product of (x) 1.0% and (y) the amount of each collection of interest (other than default interest and any Excess Interest) and principal received (including any Condemnation Proceeds received and applied as a collection of such interest and principal) on such Mortgage Loan, Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note for so long as it remains a Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan.

  • Gross Sales Price with respect to each sale of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement shall be the gross sales price per share of such Shares.

  • Marketing Fee means the fees paid by Home Credit to Dealer/Provider to support the use of Home Credit’s Product;

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Royalties means all royalties, fees, expense reimbursement and other amounts payable by a Loan Party under a License.

  • Net Revenues means revenues less related expenses, including

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Net Revenue means an entity’s total revenue less its operating expenses, interest paid, depreciation, and taxes. “Net Revenue” is synonymous with “Profit.”

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
