Monthly Service Charge definition

Monthly Service Charge means the monthly fees levied by the supplier in consideration for the customer’s access to and use of the network services or other services provided by the supplier;
Monthly Service Charge means a Plan’s monthly wireless access charges (i.e., the set fee charged monthly for use of a particular Plan).
Monthly Service Charge means the monthly charge raised by Vocall on the Client in regard to the Service, as varied from time to time;

  • For all Custom FirstNet Mobile Plans, the corresponding Plan’s Monthly Service Charge (at times “MSC”) will appear on the invoice at the standard price set forth in the Sales Information, but the customized net monthly price set forth in the corresponding table will be achieved via application of a modifier also reflected on the invoice.

  • The Custom FirstNet Mobile Subscriber Paid Plans are not available to Participant, its CRUs, or its IRUs. More Definitions of Monthly Service Charge

Monthly Service Charge means the monthly Service Charge calculated at the Service Charge Rate on the Floor Area.
Monthly Service Charge means the amount payable by Customer to Capita each month during the Term as specified and in accordance with the Product Order.
Monthly Service Charge means the monthly subscription charge as charged by MTN Business for each Network Package, as set out in the Price List, being a fixed monthly service fee which, when paid, grants the Subscriber access to use the Network;
Monthly Service Charge means the monthly charge raised by Vocall on the Client in regard to the Service as varied from time to time, it being recorded that the Monthly Service Charge applicable at the time of signature hereof is recorded in the Pricing appendix.
Monthly Service Charge means the monthly Charge for Base Services, which shall be applicable from the 2nd Amendment Date until the end of the Term, as such Charges are listed on Attachment C-1 and may be adjusted in accordance with this Schedule C. Monthly Service Charge. (i) Cloud Connect monthly service charge, a fixed monthly amount charged by SELLER for the committed bandwidth specified in the Order Form (“Cloud Connect Monthly Service Charge”); (ii) burstable service charge, a usage based charge which is calculated on monthly basis, the amount of burstable bandwidth is derived from the 95th percentile usage data recorded by SELLER. Such burstable bandwidth charge described above will be invoiced to BUYER in arrears and is in addition to the Cloud Connect Monthly Service Charge; and (iii) other monthly service charges applicable to the Service, if any, which will be specified in the Order Form.
