Monthly Service Charges definition

Monthly Service Charges means the service charges (excluding any taxes, pass-through charges, promotional or other credits, colocation space or other non-bandwidth charges, set-up or installation charges, or other one-time charges) billed for the affected or applicable Service during the applicable month. THIS SECTION 13 SETS FORTH CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR EQUIPMENT AND/OR SOFTWARE FAILURES, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, SERVICE RESPONSE ISSUES, AND/OR SERVICE DEFICIENCIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.

Monthly Service Charges means the charges to be paid by Pathnet to Texaco hereunder, including any charges for Preventive Maintenance, Remedial Maintenance and Circuit Provisioning, as more fully described in Section 5 of this Maintenance Agreement and Schedule C, attached hereto.

Examples of Monthly Service Charges in a sentence

  • You will be liable for the Monthly Service Charges from the day on which we first make the Services available to you or otherwise in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The amount of any Maintenance Monthly Service Charges (as such term is defined in the Maintenance Services Agreement) paid by PathNet to Incumbent pursuant to the Maintenance Services Agreement, shall be deducted from gross revenue collected prior to disbursement of such revenue to PathNet and Incumbent pursuant to SECTION 5.2 and SECTION 9.

  • Customer must pay AT&T the applicable Set-Up Charges, AT&T VPN Access Monthly Service Charges, IP Charges, and other charges set forth in this §6.

  • All of our Monthly Service Charges are based upon payment by you by credit or debit card.
