Examples of Monthly Services in a sentence

  • Monthly Services fees will be billed pro rata in the months in which such Services commence and terminate.

  • The Monthly Services Fee may be adjusted by Westminster Canterbury during the term of this Agreement pursuant to Section III.D. below.

  • Bell may make changes to any of the Monthly Services including but not limited to withdrawing any of them, on prior notice to Customer.

  • In no event will you or your estate receive a refund of the Monthly Services Fee paid to Westminster Canterbury.

  • Bell may amend the Monthly Fees for the Monthly Services from time to time on prior notice to Customer.

  • Any increases in the Monthly Services Fee or other charges may be made by Westminster Canterbury upon 30 days' written notice to you.

Monthly Services. CHARGE The Monthly Services Charge is the charge to OTI for IBM's provision of the Services. For certain services, a baseline quantity is specified and a charging methodology for excess quantities is stated in the Supplement. For all other Services, Article 6.3 of the Agreement will determine the additional charges if any, for new or additional Services. Related to Monthly Services

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Collection Services means all the activities, including those conducted at Events and Depots operated by or on behalf of the Collector, for the purpose of receiving, classifying, packing, storing and transferring Automotive HSP onto transportation vehicles, including the manifesting of the Automotive HSP prior to transportation from the Event or Depot;
