Monthly Settlement Period definition
Monthly Settlement Period means the period of days from and including the first day of a calendar month to and including the last day of such calendar month.
Monthly Settlement Period means (i) the month ending March 31, 2018 and (ii) thereafter, each calendar month.
Monthly Settlement Period means (A) in respect of each Purchaser Interest of a Conduit, the immediately preceding Accrual Period, and (B) in respect of each Purchaser Interest of any Group’s Committed Purchasers, the entire Tranche Period of such Purchaser Interest.

Monthly Settlement Period means each one month period commencing on (but excluding) a Monthly Settlement Date and ending on (and including) the immediately following Monthly Settlement Date, provided that the first Monthly Settlement Period commences on the Valuation Date of the Initial Portfolio (excluded) and ends on the First Monthly Settlement Date (included).
Monthly Settlement Period means a period starting on one Monthly Settlement Date and ending on the next one.
Monthly Settlement Period means each calendar month during the Settlement Term, commencing HE 0100 PT on the first calendar day of such calendar month and ending HE 2400 PT on the last calendar day of such calendar month; provided, however, that, (i) for the first Monthly Settlement Period, the Monthly Settlement Period shall begin HE 0100 PT on the first day of the Settlement Term and shall end HE 2400 PT on the last calendar day of such calendar month, and (ii) if this Agreement is terminated prior to its expiration, the Monthly Settlement Period in which such termination occurs will begin HE 0100 PT on the first calendar day of the calendar month in which such termination occurs and will end on the termination date.
