Mooring Permit definition

Mooring Permit means a notice from the Harbormaster that the applicant has received permission to place a Mooring in a specified area.
Mooring Permit means a Seasonal Mooring Permit, Dinghy Permit, Auxiliary Mooring Permit, Daily Mooring Permit or Late Leaver Mooring Permit.
Mooring Permit means a written authorization by the Department of Planning and Natural Resources to place a mooring as defined in Title 25 Section 405 of the Virgin Islands Code. The issuance of a mooring permit is contingent upon payment of the appropriate mooring permit fee.

More Definitions of Mooring Permit

Mooring Permit means a permit issued by the Chief of the Division or his designee for a designated boating year allowing a dock construction permitted Structure to remain above, on, or in the waters of the Lake and the mooring of the permitted number of watercraft to that Structure.

  • Underground tank means a device meeting the definition of tank whose entire surface area is totally below the surface of and covered by the ground.
