  • As a result, the Trust has classified the Chateau St. Michael's seniors' housing complex in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, which is owned by a wholly owned subsidiary company, as discontinued operations.

  • Despite any other provision in this Contract respecting passage of title, all right, title and interest of the Supplier in the Goods, as the Goods exist on the effective date of termination, immediately pass to and vest in Moose Jaw.

  • No subcontract by the Contractor, nor the granting of any approval or consent to subcontract by Moose Jaw, relieves the Contractor of any of its liabilities or obligations under this Contract.
