Moose Jaw shall have no further liability to the Supplier in relation to such cancellation.

Despite the passage of title to the Goods to Moose Jaw, all Goods are subject to Moose Jaw’s inspection and acceptance or rejection after delivery.
Moose Jaw may cancel this Contract, without cause, by providing written notice to the Supplier.
Moose Jaw agrees to pay the Supplier for the Goods supplied and any Services performed, the amounts set forth in the attached Schedule B – Commercial Terms, at the times and in the manner prescribed by this Contract.
