Mortgage Loan Lender definition

Mortgage Loan Lender means individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, (i) with respect to the Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan, Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Lender, and (ii) with respect to each CIGNA Mortgage Loan, the applicable CIGNA Mortgage Lender.
