Mortgage Purchase Program definition

Mortgage Purchase Program means any program offered by Seattle Bank for the purchase from a Member of mortgage notes and related mortgages.
Mortgage Purchase Program or “MPP” means the program established by the Bank pursuant to 12 C.F.R. 955 for the purchase of loans from its Members.

  • Any such change in the Member MPP Stock Purchase Requirement will be applied from the implementation date of the change to all new loans purchased by the Bank under its Mortgage Purchase Program.

  • Any obligations of the Seattle Bank in connection with this Agreement, any Commitment, or otherwise arising in connection with any Advance, Other Credit Accommodation, Account, Mortgage Purchase Program or other service, shall be excused to the extent delayed or prevented by reason of computer, communications system or power failure, labor disturbances, governmental laws, orders or regulations, riots, insurrection, acts of terror, war or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Seattle Bank.

  • If Seattle Bank, in connection with this Agreement, any Commitment, or any Advance, Other Credit Accommodation, Account, Mortgage Purchase Program or other service, breaches any obligation of Seattle Bank to Customer not otherwise excused by this Agreement or applicable law, Seattle Bank will be obligated to Customer only for Customer’s actual, direct damages, if any.

  • If the Applicant and its affiliates have, or would have after the additional loan, loans outstanding from MaineHousing’s General Mortgage Purchase Bond Resolution in an amount equal to or greater than 25% of the Mortgage Purchase Program Fund Balance, additional review will be triggered which will include an analysis of the Applicant and its affiliates as a whole and consultation with the Commissioners, and may result in denial of the loan by the Director.

  • The requirements of this Section II(B)(1)(c) shall apply to a successor to a former Member that acquires the duties and obligations of the former Member with respect to any Mortgage Purchase Program loans sold by the former Member to the Bank.

  • Loans purchased under the Conventional Single Family Mortgage Purchase Program are insured up to an aggregate limit for each issue by supplemental mortgage insurance.

  • Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement The agreement between the Seller and the Depositor, regarding the transfer of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to or at the direction of the Depositor, substantially in the form of Exhibit D annexed hereto.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement The agreement between the Depositor and the Seller regarding the transfer of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • Countrywide Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans, the Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2001, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and Countrywide, as seller and as servicer (as successor to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. by an assignment dated January 1, 2001, as the same may be amended or supplemented), as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans.

  • Initial Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans included in the Trust as of the Closing Date.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Mortgage Loan Package Each pool of Mortgage Loans, which shall be purchased by the Purchaser from the Seller from time to time on each Closing Date.

  • Split Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is part of a Loan Combination. The only Split Mortgage Loans that are assets of the Trust as of the Closing Date are those that have the respective loan numbers (as set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule) listed on the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Loan No. for related Mortgage Loan.”

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Mortgage Sale Agreement means the mortgage sale agreement dated 3 June 2005 as amended and restated on 4 October 2007, 20 May 2008, 23 June 2014, 24 April 2018, 18 April 2020, 16 June 2020 and as further amended and restated on 30 April 2021 made between Santander UK plc (1) Abbey Covered Bonds LLP (2) and Deutsche Trustee Company Limited (the "Security Trustee") (3) (as the same may be or have been amended, varied or supplemented from time to time with the consent of those parties).

  • Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price means the sum, without duplication, of (a) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Senior Notes, (b) accrued and unpaid interest thereon at the Note A Rate, from the date as to which interest was last paid in full by Mortgage Loan Borrower up to and including the end of the interest accrual period relating to the Monthly Payment Date next following the date of purchase, (c) any other amounts due under the Mortgage Loan, other than Prepayment Premiums, default interest, late fees, exit fees and any other similar fees, provided that if the Mortgage Loan Borrower or a Mortgage Loan Borrower Related Party is the purchaser, the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price shall include Prepayment Premiums, default interest, late fees, exit fees and any other similar fees, (d) without duplication of amounts under clause (c), any unreimbursed property protection or servicing Advances and any expenses incurred in enforcing the Mortgage Loan Documents (including, without limitation, servicing Advances payable or reimbursable to any Servicer, and earned and unpaid special servicing fees), (e) without duplication of amounts under clause (c), any accrued and unpaid Advance Interest Amount, (f) (x) if the Mortgage Loan Borrower or a Mortgage Loan Borrower Related Party is the purchaser or (y) if the Mortgage Loan is purchased after ninety (90) days after such option first becomes exercisable pursuant to Section 12 of this Agreement, any liquidation or workout fees payable under the Securitization Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loan and (g) any Recovered Costs not reimbursed previously to a Senior Note pursuant to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Note B Holder is purchasing from the Mortgage Loan Borrower or a Mortgage Loan Borrower Related Party, the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price shall not include the amounts described under clauses (d) through (f) of this definition. If the Mortgage Loan is converted into a REO Property, for purposes of determining the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price, interest will be deemed to continue to accrue on each Senior Note at the Note A Rate as if the Mortgage Loan were not so converted. In no event shall the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price include amounts due or payable to the Note B Holder under this Agreement.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Countrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller.

  • Mortgage Loan Rider The standard FNMA/FHLMC riders to the Mortgage Note and/or Mortgage riders required when the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a unit in a planned unit development.

  • Group 2 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-2 hereto.

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.

  • Original Mortgage Loan The mortgage loan refinanced in connection with the origination of a Refinancing Mortgage Loan.
