Most recent two years definition
Most recent two years means the twenty-four month period immediately prior to the month of application, in the case of data submitted by the applicant, or the twenty-four month period documented in the agency annual or ad-hoc survey process provided that the most recent such survey covers a period of time ending not more than six (6) months prior to the month of application.
