Examples of MOT Plan in a sentence

  • A Construction and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plan must be provided by the Developer to the Building and Public Works Departments for approval prior to start of construction.

  • If the Contractor proposes to deviate from the approved MOT Plan for a VDOT road, it shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to coordinate and obtain approval directly from VDOT prior to implementing any changes.

  • If the Contractor proposes to deviate from t h e approved MOT Plan for a County road, it shall be the Contractor’s r e s p o n s i b i l i t y to coordinate and obtain approval directly from the County prior to im p le m e n t in g any changes, and this work shall be at no cost to the County.
