Motor Oil means a petroleum product used to lubricate the internal parts of an engine. The term includes lubricating and operational fluids for the mechanical components associated with the engine. This includes any hydraulic, transmission, gear or braking lubricating or operational fluid that through use, storage or handling has become unsuitable for its original purpose due to the presence of impurities or loss of original properties.

Motor Oil means engine oil, engine lubricant, or lubricating oil.

• Total Targeted Recyclable Materials Tonnage Collected and delivered for processing by Service Sector listed separately by material type Collected (e.g., Single-Stream Targeted Recyclable Materials, Source Separated cardboard, Source Separated paper, Used Motor Oil, Used Motor Oil Filters, etc.).

• Upon Collection of Used Motor Oil and Filter from a Customer, Contractor shall leave a Used Oil Recovery Kit adjacent to the Recyclables Cart.

For the purposes of this regulation, “vehicle motor oil” refers to motor oil which is intended for use in light-to-heavy duty vehicles including cars, sport utility vehicles, vans, trucks, buses, and off-road farming and construction equipment. For the purposes of this regulation, “recreational motor oil” refers to a motor oil which is intended for use in four-stroke cycle engines used in motorcycles, ATVs, and lawn and garden equipment. For the purposes of this regulation, motor oil also means engine oil;
