Motorboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
motor cycle means any two-wheeled vehicle, with or without side-car, which is equipped with a propelling engine. Contracting Parties may also treat as motor cycles in their domestic legislation three-wheeled vehicles whose unladen mass does not exceed 400 kg. Promotores means individuals who are members of the community who function as natural helpers to address some of their communities’ unmet mental health, health and human service needs. They are individuals who represent the ethnic, socio-economic and educational traits of the population he/she serves. Promotores are respected and recognized by their peers and have the pulse of the community’s needs.
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
