Motorcycle Parking Space definition

Motorcycle Parking Space. A Parking Space (other than a Villa Carparking Space, Visitors’ Carparking Space and Tower Carparking Space) provided pursuant to Special Condition No.(7)(c) of Part C of the Conditions. “Non-enclosed Areas” Such balcony or balconies or parts thereof (if any) forming part of a Villa or a Flat in the Tower Accommodation which are shown on the plans annexed hereto, the accuracy of such plans has been certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person and thereon coloured Violet.
Motorcycle Parking Space. The parking space in the Development for identification purposes only shown on the Level 3 Floor Plan annexed hereto marked “MOTORCYCLE PARKING SPACE” provided pursuant to Special Condition No.(23)(c)(i) of the Conditions for the parking of motorcycle licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap.374) of the Laws of Hong Kong, any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation, and belonging to the Owners or the residents of the Development or their bona vide guests, visitors or invitees.
Motorcycle Parking Space means a parking space for the parking of motor cycles provided under Special Condition No.(23)(c)(i), in respect of which the Right to Occupy belongs to the Owner of the Shares allocated to such parking space, and which are (for identification purpose) shown on the car park layout plan referred to in Special Condition No.(30), including the electric vehicle charging enabling facilities (if any) and the associated installations installed or to be installed for serving that parking space exclusively;

  • No Owner shall paint, disfigure, interfere with or attempt to supplement the markings or numbering of the Parking Spaces and Motorcycle Parking Space.

  • All outgoings including Management Expenses and Government rent in respect of all House(s) and/or Motorcycle Parking Space held by the First Owner up to and inclusive of the date of the relevant assignment(s) of the relevant House(s) and/or Motorcycle Parking Space by the First Owner shall be paid by the First Owner.

  • No Owner or Occupier of a Motorcycle Parking Space may park his motor-cycle in such a manner so as to cause inconvenience or annoyance to the Owners or Occupiers of the other Motorcycle Parking Spaces.

  • The First Owner shall pay to the Manager such sum described in sub-clauses (b), (c) and (d) of Clause 4.12 for the Houses and/or Motorcycle Parking Space held by the First Owner and remain unsold for more than three (3) months after the date of execution of this Deed.

  • Such proportion shall be equal to the number of Management Shares allocated to his House and/or Motorcycle Parking Space as is set out in the Second Schedule hereto as it bears to the total number of the Management Shares allocated to the Development.

  • All persons on acquiring Undivided Share(s) in respect of any House and/or Motorcycle Parking Space shall first ascertain from the Manager that there are no outstanding management fees due in respect of the House and/or Motorcycle Parking Space.
