Motorola Common Stock definition

Motorola Common Stock means the common stock, par value $3.00 per share, of Motorola.

"Proxy Statement" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.8. "Receiving Party" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1. "Registered Intellectual Property" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(b). "Registration Statement" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.
