Operating System refers to the software that manages Hardware for Programs and other software.
Accounting system means the Contractor's system or systems for accounting methods, procedures, and controls established to gather, record, classify, analyze, summarize, interpret, and present accurate and timely financial data for reporting in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and management decisions, and may include subsystems for specific areas such as indirect and other direct costs, compensation, billing, labor, and general information technology.
Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.
Plumbing system means water supply distribution and disposal piping on the premises, including appliances and equipment attached thereto, between their connection points to a public or private system.

Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:
smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

Computer Systems means any of, or combination of, computer software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology systems, applications, cloud-based storage platforms and systems, telecommunications capabilities (including voice, data or video networks), and other similar or related items of any automated, computerized or software system and any other network or system or related service that is owned, controlled, licensed, leased, operated, used, or held for use by the Borrower or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries in the conduct of its or their business.
Combined sewer system means a system for conveying both sanitary sewage and storm water runoff.
Outputs means the goods or services that are produced by an entity or other person;
Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.
Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.
