  • Resident’s electronic submission of the Move In/Move Out Condition Form establishes the acceptance of the condition of the assigned Room Space and unit and contents at the time of occupancy by Resident and becomes the record of the condition the space should be in at the end of the Term, normal wear and tear excepted as determined in the sole discretion of Provider.

  • The Move In/Move Out Condition form attached hereto shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.

  • In such event, the Unit Inspection Form on file with the Housing Office will serve as the Move In/Move Out Checklist and will be incorporated herein as an addendum to this Agreement.

  • Tenant(s) agrees that all appliances and equipment on the Premises are in good working order, except as described in the Move In/Move Out Guidelines and Acknowledgement document attached to this Lease.

  • Unless reported on Resident’s Move In/Move Out Checklist, the Property and Premises are deemed free of pests.

  • Resident shall be provided with a copy of the Unit Inspection Form or Move In/Move Out Checklist, whichever is applicable, and agrees to be bound by the description of the initial condition and inventory of the Premises set out therein.

  • No Move In/Move Out, Other Moves and other move or delivery contemplated by this Agreement is permitted to occur on Sundays or on any United States bank holiday.

  • The Resident accepts the unit in its present condition and agrees that all appliances and equipment in the unit are in good working order, except as described in ▇▇▇▇▇’s Flats Move In/Move Out Inspection (Attachment A).

  • The Move/Delivery Deposit will apply to costs and expenses incurred by the Association for all damage, repair, cleaning, loss and liabilities, including, without limitation, damage to elevators, hallways, and any other portion of the Common Elements or other areas of the Condominium which result from Responsible Party’s Move In/Move Out, Other Move or other move or delivery contemplated hereunder (collectively, "Damages").

  • Lockdown means the period between 23H59 on 26 March 2020, until 23H59 on 30 April 2020;

  • Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of the trunk of a mature tree generally measured at a point four and a half feet above ground level from the uphill side of the tree.   • Child-resistant packaging means packaging that is designed or constructed to be significantly difficult for children under five years of age to open or obtain a toxic or harmful amount of the substance in the container within a reasonable time and not difficult for normal adults to use properly, but does not mean packaging that all children under five years of age cannot open or obtain a toxic or harmful amount of the substance in the container within a reasonable time.
