Any Moveable Trade Fixtures shall remain the property of the Tenant and shall be removed by the Tenant from the demised premises prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this lease.
The Tenant shall at the expiration or earlier termination of this lease remove its goods and effects and peaceably yield up the demised premises broom clean and in good working order, repair and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and Tenant shall repair any injury done to the demised premises or the Building by the installation or removal of the Tenant's Moveable Trade Fixtures.
