MPD personnel. With respect to engineering and other staff required to provide engineering support and other transition assistance, MPD will (a) not terminate the employment of, decrease the salary of, or otherwise materially impair the employment terms of, such staff and (b) will make such staff available during normal business hours for the performance of engineering support and other transition assistance (provided that MPD may terminate any employee at any time for cause).

  • The actions of the MPD personnel shall be governed by the policies and practices of the City and the MPD as exercised in the discretion of the City and Chief of Police.

  • At all times and under all circumstances under this Agreement, MPD personnel shall remain under the sole command of MPD supervisors, and shall remain the employees of the City for any and all purposes whatsoever.

  • IPTV shall work with MPD’s designated contact person to identify aspects of law enforcement that will be represented in the Video, to select MPD personnel appropriate and available to discuss or demonstrate such aspects, and to schedule interviews and other interactions with MPD personnel at mutually suitable dates, times, and places.

  • Section B: Allegations may come from, but are not limited to, fellow MPD personnel, other city employees, or members of the public.

  • Qualified contracted in-person interpretation services shall be available to all MPD personnel when interacting with LEP individuals.
