MSP Agreement definition

MSP Agreement has the meaning given in Section 4 (Managed Services).
MSP Agreement means the written agreement between NT POWER and an embedded generator, which outlines the terms and conditions for providing meter installation services;
MSP Agreement means the Minority Shareholder Purchase Agreement of even date herewith by and among Parent, Buyer and the Minority Shareholders in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • All materials, data, equipment, badges, or other items provided by Client to Company (“Client Materials”) are to be used for the sole purpose defined in this Agreement or any executed SOW or MSP Agreement.

  • The MSP Agreement has not been amended, supplemented or restated in whole or in part and is valid and binding on the Company and, to the Knowledge of the Company, is valid and binding on all the other members of MSP.
