Multi-branding definition

Multi-branding means the ability to represent more than one competing brand belonging to different groups of undertakings.

Related to Multi-branding

  • Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Distributor branch means a branch office similarly maintained by a distributor for the same purposes a factory branch is maintained.

  • Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.

  • Brand name drug means a Prescription Drug that has been given a name by a manufacturer or distributor to distinguish it as produced or sold by a specific manufacturer or distributor and may be used and protected by a trademark.
