Multi-branding definition
Multi-branding means the ability to represent more than one competing brand belonging to different groups of undertakings.
Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.
Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.
Distributor branch means a branch office similarly maintained by a distributor for the same purposes a factory branch is maintained.
Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.
Brand name drug means a Prescription Drug that has been given a name by a manufacturer or distributor to distinguish it as produced or sold by a specific manufacturer or distributor and may be used and protected by a trademark.
