Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) definition

Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) means a group of professionals who represent various disciplines and work collaboratively from the point of report to assure the most effective coordinated response possible for every child.

  • Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT): A team of individuals with diverse expertise that meet to review the case and PROGRAM PARTICIPANT’s/PROGRAM APPLICANT’s progress with the program.

  • Attend regularly scheduled Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings with internal program staff, AAA/AAS staff and extended partners to review cases and ensure adequate program operations.
