CLAUSE 14 COMMITMENT TO STARTING ON SITE The parties agree that starting on site rather than at Council’s Depot should be an option for the majority of employees. This arrangement may vary depending on program/project logistics, but will apply by mutual consent between the relevant Director/Manager/Team Leader and individual work teams. Agreement to starting on-site should not be unreasonably withheld. Where starting on site includes work teams being provided with a Council vehicle for commuting purposes Council’s guidelines and procedures for commuter use will apply. Where employees start on site, the arrangements outlined in clause 8.1 of the Local Government Employees Award do not apply.
