Multi-Residential Building definition
Multi-Residential Building means a building used in whole or in part for Residential Use consisting of more than one (1) Dwelling Unit other than a Semi- Detached Building or Townhouse;
Multi-Residential Building means residential buildings with four (4) or more units where such units are serviced by a single meter;
Multi-Residential Building means a building containing 2 or more distinct Dwelling Units;

Multi-Residential Building means a building with a single municipal address having more than three (3) residential dwelling units which is principally used or held out to be used for apartment or townhouse accommodation and excluding any building used or held out to used for hotel or motel accommodation but shall include a mobile home park where each mobile home is served by individual hydro service, the units are permanently occupied and are in excess of thirty (30) feet in length.
Multi-Residential Building means a residential building that consists of more than five (5) self-contained residential dwelling units, but does not include buildings that only consist of residential single-dwelling units that are solely attached to other residential units on the sidewall (such as semi-detached homes, townhomes or row houses) or single-dwellings that contain basement apartments or annexes;
Multi-Residential Building means a building used in whole or in part for Residential Use consisting of more than one (1) Dwelling Unit, but does not include a Semi- Detached Building or Townhouse. For greater clarity, a Multi-Residential Building includes a Stacked Townhouse;
Multi-Residential Building means a building with four (4) or less Dwelling Units, and does not include a Building comprising only one (1) Dwelling Unit or a Large- Scale Multi-Residential Building.
